Return and refunds
Because our products are handmade and specially customized, we will not provide any refund, return or exchange when shipping and delivering the order.
Please carefully check the products you purchased when the order is generated. If there is any error, please contact us through the contact information and make changes within 12 hours. After the production of the product starts 12 hours later, the order is not modifiable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the product is inconsistent, such as when we delivered you a different model of toploader or keychain, the refund can only be allowed if the error occurs on our side.
Cancel an order
If you want to modify or cancel the order, please contact us within 2 hours. And provide the information you need to modify. We will confirm the modified information with you.
“You can unconditionally cancel the order within 12 hours after the order is generated, but any cancellation will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total price of your order. Please forgive me because the bank will also charge me a cancellation fee of this amount for transactions.”
Note that the order cannot be canceled 12 hours after it is generated!
